Our agreement with these Sellers requires us to obtain certain qualifying information from potential acquirers before we disclose the name of their businesses or operating details. This qualifying information is essential to accurately match your acquisition criteria with the wide range of selling situations marketed by CII.
In addition, CII will require that you agree not to disclose information presented on these selling situations to any unauthorized third parties not involved in making your decision.
Please note we may share the information that you provide with any of the owners of the businesses which we have presented to you. This information is provided upon request of the Sellers who will usually make such requests prior to meeting with you in person or considering a proposal from you.
Further, Sellers will expect that financial disclosures will be included as an exhibit to any offers to purchase their respective businesses and that you will represent and warrant the accuracy of your financial data as part of the final purchase agreement for their companies.
In the future, as new businesses come on the market, we may offer to send you Confidential Seller Profiles based on the acquisition criteria and financial resources you have previously disclosed to us.
Without your permission, we will not share your profile information with anyone other than the Sellers of businesses we have presented and their advisors.
